If you listen closely you can hear the instrumental for "I can't stop laughing", the song Joker sings to Batman at Panessa Studios. That said I wasn't able to notice if you actually hear Johnny Charisma singing or not

Origins is an amazing game. Tied for my favorite with City. It does not deserve the hate and criticism it received. Of all the games it definitely had the most unique feel to me. Christmas time in Gotham with the snow and the hired assassins with a somewhat rash and inexperienced batman I absolutely loved it. It wasn't a story of villains getting the one up on the greatest most prepared and efficient superhero in the world, it was the story of a hero who hadn't reached his full potential yet. More of an equal grounds story for batman. It's a shame origins hasn't been brought up and added to the arkham collections like it fully deserved to be. It's a shame to see something left behind and not celebrated like it's equally as good siblings.
