How the AK Trilogy become a part of me. Posted: 30 Sep 2020 10:06 PM PDT So the first time i played a arkham game was on 2016 and it was Asylum *first connection to batman btw* i can't tell how much i enjoyed that game. And i never knew there was more Arkham Games until 2019 when the full trilogy become free on Epic Games so i played City, Knight and Origins. And i replayed the whole saga 10 million times and i never get bored. And i fell like Arkham has become a part of me. Something very special for me. I know it's just a videogame but... I dont know how to explain it. This saga makes me cry and laugh at the same time. I have never fell something like that with any other videogame. And thats it. I just wanted to share my experience with the Arkham games. [link] [comments]
Posted: 30 Sep 2020 07:19 PM PDT Today I got 242/243 riddler trophies in Batman: Arkham Knight. I plan on doing the last one tomorrow, finishing the story, and kicking riddler's buttocks. This was the first time I did it and it was a lot of fun so I'm gonna do it in the other games as well! Please clap. [link] [comments]

Posted: 30 Sep 2020 06:15 PM PDT Has anyone else wondered why Scarecrow changed so drastically? Like in Arkham Asylum, he was a crazy guy who was never really serious. But in Arkham Knight, he's trying to be philosophical and stuff and it really just feels inconsistent. He goes from joking about Bruce's parents being dead to discussing the fear of absolution and popularity with unmasking Batman. Why change him so much, and if they wanted to really show he's changed, explain how he managed to escape Croc, evade Batman and the bat family, and somehow fix his entire mangled body. I only wish they would throw in one of his insane thoughts or mannerisms, because Arkham Knight only really shows him as purely intent on destroying the legacy and name of Batman. Posted: 30 Sep 2020 09:46 AM PDT So I absolutely LOVE the Arkham games, some of my favorite games ever, yada yada yada, you've heard it all before. I more accidentally missed Origins than actually avoided it. I have an X1 but my 360 is in storage so I haven't had a way to play through Origins until very recently. Earlier this year, I got a decent gaming laptop for the first time, and since WB games were on sale on Steam this week, I decided to pick it up. What really pushed me to do so was the reveal of the SS game and Gotham Knights. I think both games look fun, but seeing as we are likely not getting another true "Arkham" game, it seemed like the right time to finally experience the only Arkham content I hadn't played. * I'm trying to not make this another "OrIgInS iS uNdErRaTeD" post, so instead of saying what has been said a million times before, I wanted to post about one thing specifically. Literally minutes ago, I just got to the first "full" crime-scene investigation at Black Mask's Safehouse. Holy fucking shit, was that well done. Like on a whole other level. The mystery of it, being able to rewind and jump around the timeline, the number of unknown variables at play, the way Batman first learns about "The Joker." All of it. I know there were some similar parts in Arkham Knight, but this was another level. I was so engrossed in this tiny mystery and watching Batman flex his detective skills. * I don't know if the rest of the game will be as good as that section, but I'm looking forward to finding out!
