After replaying Arkham City recently, I feel like the blue-ish tint for the cape and cowl in the original version was put there intentionally to give the suit a Jim Lee “HUSH” vibe. And I like it..

Whenever I'm traversing Wonder City in the area where you have to scan the robots, I'm always thinking that this area was planned for a predator encounter and challenge map.

The traversal paths in this area are very interesting. The horizontal pipes that you can skip across. The ledges you can grab and shimmy. The whole place reeks of a really cool predator encounter.

I think that was the plan and they had to cut it due to time or they could not quite get it to work gameplay or story wise.

Seriously, go to this area and just explore. It is weird how cool it is... for you to just have to scan robots and beat up a couple of ninjas.

Just my two cents.

What would you actually do as Bruce Wayne? Like if it's like Arkham City and Origins where he's only got his ninja training and no gadget, or improvised gadget, I can see that being cool for a mission, but whole segments of the game where you're just Bruce Wayne sitting in meetings and at parties sounds... I just don't know what the appeal is? haha Maybe as a way to do some detective work or have dialogue options which affect the plot? Outside of that, and I don't mean this as a diss, I just don't know why folks want it so, so badly.
