    Just to clarify a few things about SSKTJL before Fandome

    Suicide Squad is set in the Arkham universe, taking place AFTER Arkham Knight.

    The comics/movie that were marketed as being "set in the Arkhamverse" are not considered canon by Rocksteady. If it's not made by them, I don't think you'll see anything more than a small reference to them.

    The game can be played as a single player game with co-op being optional. If you're playing single player, the other 3 members of the squad will be filled in by bots.

    I really love Rocksteady as a very talented game studio, their Arkham games are easily one of the best action-games ever created in my eyes and their Batman universe they build has always been amazing, with a great attention to detail that is on par with other great studios that make storydriven titles like Naughty Dog and Rockstar.

    But since 2015, the video game industry has changed a lot. Rocksteady basically skipped the entire 2016-2021 era. Even though there are still a lot of studios left that focus on a great, singleplayer experience, many studios and publishers have shifted their attention to microtransactions, virtual currencies, unfinished live-service games and many other trends like Battle Royale and loot shooters.

    I'm not saying Suicide Squad is gonna be like this, there is the option to play solo or koop, but I'm nervous to see if this is still the same studio that brought us our beloved Arkham trilogy. Let's all hope the gameplay and story are on the same high level as before and I'm crossing my fingers that this will look outstanding tomorrow at DC Fandome! :)

    Batsuit V7.43 (post Arkham city) breaks every time you try to take the cowl off. The hair just glitches through the cowl. It’s a shame, because it’s my favorite batsuit ;-;

    Is there any good reason to think Suicide Squad KTJL will be a "games as a service" type game?

    Ive seen a few people say this but have not found any sources that show any actual concrete proof. I wont write the game off completely if it is a live service game, but it will definitely get me concerned if it is. I tried Avengers for the first time not long ago and was amazed at just how painfully they missed the mark. I really just dont think super heroes will ever go well with the live service loot fest game style these developers are so hot for these days. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I couldn't find a good subreddit for Rocksteady or Suicide Squad KTJL...
