- I timed the quick explosive with a counter and sent a criminal flying and it was really satisfying because it was not at all planned I just panicked and pressed Y

| Thoughts on Mr Freeze boss fight Arkham Origins Posted: 25 Sep 2021 01:43 AM PDT Recently completed the cold, cold heart dlc for arkham origins and have to say it is probably my favourite dlc in the franchise and was actually one of the few parts of the game that was actually an origin story for the Arkham franchise. However, I really disliked the Mr Freeze boss fight and as far as I could tell there was not much discussion about it on this subreddit. I thought it was a bit dysfunctional and quite a lackluster combination of Freeze's fight in city and TN-1 bane's fight. | I’ll say it, Jason was a bad choice for the identity of the Arkham Knight Posted: 24 Sep 2021 10:05 AM PDT Lazy and predictable writing doesn't help, but he's a walking contradiction, Take the Jason torture scenes for example, why would Batman hallucinate flashbacks to events he wasn't even there for, Jason is presumably being held in an abandoned wing of Arkham during the events of asylum, and your telling me, that Bruce never even looked in the asylum for a body to at least give the kid a proper burial, in the comics he went all the way to Africa. The game lazily adapted a great comic story, and attempted to shoehorn Scarecrow in, at least in the book Jason has good motivation to turn into Red Hood, in the game, after getting his ass kicked by Batman he just has a change of heart, if Jason really did know so much about Bruce, why didn't he just make the tanks require a pilot, then forcing Batman to give up, or break the no killing rule. Bottom line, Jason and Scarecrow are ultimately undone because of their obsession with theatrics and wanting to see Batman suffer. [link] [comments] | ||
