    Is the Batman: Arkham Knight PC port still bad after 5 years?

    I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I've asked in the Steam forums and asked a friend, and still I don't know how to overcome this issue. I have a pretty decent PC ( Windows 10 64-bit, Intel Core i7, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, and 8GB RAM) which is supposed to be able to run this game according to the store specifications.

    However, this game lags really badly for me, even though I've turned off the NVIDIA Gameworks, lowered the settings to the lowest, and even lowered the resolution. My PC had no problem running newer, heavier games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Vampyr on medium settings.

    I've tried some attempts to fix like removing the FPS limiter on the config settings and downloading Sherief's DXGI but they create no difference, and even caused the game to crash upon launching. Do you guys have any tips for fixing this issue?
