    Say what you want about the bat mobile, but Arkham knight has the most satisfying and refined gameplay in the series. It’s so goddamn fun to play.

    This part always gets me. Of course it’s obvious that Batman isn’t gonna die, but the dialogue between Alfred and Bruce+ the music makes it very effective

    Features I'm hoping for in new Batman game

    1. Bring back character swap-out in the world map from City. Getting to free roam as Catwoman or activating special missions as Nightwing is the dream.

    I know that AK chose not to do it because they tailored the world map to accommodate the batmobile and having the joker character work with Batman absorbed a lot of the technical writing that would have gone to having multiple protagonists. I know this means a ton more voice over work for having thugs and NPCs addressing different characters but I still think it'd be worth it.

    1. Suit selection integrated better into game. Exiting out of gane to main menu to change outfits is cumbersome and prohibits experimenting with the unlocked costumes.

    At the least, make it available from pause menu, want to go above and beyond: request the suit and have the Batwing drop it off on a nearby roof for you to retrieve and put on.

    1. Villains working together.

    2. Secret gadgets. Tech that can be missed on a playthrough, or: no mission will have you develope it or seek it out. Reward exploration or maybe you overhear thug chatter about a secret cache Prometheus has hidden in the shipyard.

    You go and discover a new weapon or combat move to incorporate into your arsenal that another player may never encounter.

    1. Secret bosses. Finding croc in City was cool. Would have been even cooler had you been given opportunity to beat his ass as well.

    What features are you hoping either return or get developed moving forward with new game?

    Return to Arkham is only $5 on PSN right now, so I guess it's time to revisit one of my all-time favorite games.

    Am I crazy or does anyone else feel cheated from the Arkham Episodes in Knight?

    All of them felt super shallow and just felt like the enemies difficulties were cranked up just to have some kind of length.
