Best way to play through the series?

    Posted: 28 Feb 2020 05:40 AM PST

    Hi all,

I'm not new to the Arkham series and have played through each, but it's been so long, replaying them would be pretty close to a new experience, so I'm planning on playing through the series in chronological order as follows:

    1. Batman: Arkham Origins - Initiation DLC
    2. Batman: Arkham Origins
    3. Batman: Arkham Origins - Cold, Cold Heart DLC
    4. Batman: Arkham Knight - A Matter of Family DLC
    5. Batman: Arkham Asylum
    6. Batman: Arkham City + Catwoman DLC
    7. Batman: Arkham City - Harley Quinn's Revenge DLC
    8. Batman: Arkham Knight - Harley Quinn DLC
    9. Batman: Arkham Knight + Season of Infamy DLC
    10. Batman: Arkham Knight - Catwoman's Revenge DLC
    11. Batman: Arkham Knight - Red Hood DLC
    12. Batman: Arkham Knight - GCPD Lockdown DLC
    13. Batman: Arkham Knight - A Flip of a Coin DLC

My simple questions is if this would be the recommended order to play through for maximum enjoyment or should they be played in the order they were released?

If chronological order is best, any tips and tricks I should know about before I jump back in?

Thanks in advance for any replies!

Hi I was hoping someone could answer a question for me

I heard next gen xbox will support 4 generations meaning the Arkham games will be backwards compatible. But does anyone know if DLC will carry over between consoles or just the base game?
