You even get a special dialogue from Penguin. My god, over eight years later and I'm still finding new stuff!

I finally get why zsasz wears the sleeves and collar.

    Posted: 24 Feb 2020 04:25 PM PST

Since he cuts himself after every kill, there are some pretty risky areas to cut, I'm thinking the asylum doctors put them on with locks and the whole nine yards are so he doesn't kill himself. Has anyone else realized this or am I dumb?

Does anyone else feel like they wasted Hugo Strange in Arkham City?

    Posted: 24 Feb 2020 07:30 PM PST

I've always thought the idea of Strange having a contingency in case he died would have been cool rather than just having his tower explode. Maybe have him reveal Bruce's identity and have that effect Arkham Knight in some way. I know they did that in Knight with Scarecrow revealing who Batman was, but I think it should have been Strange instead.

In Arkham Asylum when under the influence of fear toxin the skeletons you fight are actually inmates

    Posted: 25 Feb 2020 05:09 AM PST

You can sometimes hear the usual thug dialogue when fighting the skeletons and iirc after the third Scarecrow level when you come to, the hallway is full of unconscious bodies that weren't there before, including two titans (the two large skeletons that charge you).

The skeletons are also easier to knockout than the thugs usually are, and I interpret that as Batman not holding back against them.

    Origins.

I never got to play origins back when it released. I'm currently on the Xbox one, but can't seem to find it digitally. Is it backwards compatible?

Case Study Side Missions were the bomb

    Posted: 24 Feb 2020 03:06 PM PST

Anybody else LOVE those petty criminal stories you do in Origins? If you don't know what I'm talking about, these side quests which weren't big villains like mad Hatter and Shiva, but you had these case studies of crimes done by goons, hit and runs, opportunistic murders to climb ladders in the crime business, killing off snitches, and you'd investigate the crime scene and then go find this thug who would usually have some interesting dialogue about their plans. It really fleshed out the world, I hope they bring it back.

It always felt a bit cramped to me to always be seeing Joker, Penguin, Two Face in these games, which made them feel pedestrian and uninteresting after a while. Fleshing out unknown characters and getting to know the seedy common thugs you take out? It really adds to the world and personality of the game and makes it feel so much bigger.

I hope it comes back with Arkham Legacy.

2 great Arkham Asylum easter eggs

    Posted: 24 Feb 2020 06:54 PM PST

Mr Freeze's cell is the coolest easter egg in the game in my opinion.

Maxie Zeus is also another great easter egg. His backstory is kinda shocking.

Why don't you go jump off a building's. Only thing worse would be if deathstroke was tobey and said "gonna cry" every time, because, yes cry, scream, curse.

In AO the GothCorp building isn’t in the main map.

    Posted: 24 Feb 2020 06:23 PM PST

I love AO. It's my second favorite in the series but come on. How did WB Montreal make such a huge mistake. The DLC would've already been in development before the game released. That's just rushing the release. Really dumb. A whole building missing from the city. If it was WB rushing them then it's not WB Montreal's fault but if not this is a mistake on their end.
