    Question from a noob

    Posted: 17 Mar 2022 06:54 AM PDT

Hi guys, I'm looking into Batman games after loving the movie, but I really, really dislike fighting games. I only enjoy the storytelling and the puzzle solving aspect of them. The Telltale ones were perfect for me for example.

Can anyone give me a quick rundown as to how much fighting as opposed to sneaking/ puzzle solving these games involve. Your opinions on the overall stories (which game has the tightest) would also be appreciated. For reference, I loved the new movie (re: mysteries and emotional punches) above all other Batman media.

UPDATE: Thanks a lot for all the comments, they helped a lot and I will try the game(s) for sure now.

The introduction to the assassins in Origins I personally think this is sick

Why did they add so much extra red to the Justice League 3000 suit? This would’ve made it my favorite suit if it was 1:1

    Pathetic

Look, I absolutely love the Batman Arkham series ever since I played asylum back in 2009, but can rocksteady plz fix the multitude of broken/jittery animations in batman Arkham knight. It gets borderline distracting when you're just trying to play the game sometimes lol.

Can someone explain to me how Arkham City Prison was allowed to go ahead?

    Posted: 17 Mar 2022 02:48 AM PDT

Like I know it's Batman and a lot of crazy shit happens in his universe, but how was a large chunk of a major metropolitan city allowed to be converted into essentially a concentration camp with no adherence to the law? And if that wasn't enough, how were they able to lock up extremely influential figures like Bruce Wayne?

Surely someone in the government or in some other position of power would've had some objection to it? I'd have no doubt that something like this would spark controversy across the world.

I'm sure there's some explanation for it but I haven't played the game for years and honestly can't remember.

Replayed Origins and finally appreciate it for what it is.

I originally played origins when it came out at Christmas and completed the whole game in basically one sitting however after finishing the story I left it.

At the time I didn't like it, it didn't feel like the other Arkham games and wasn't the same as city.

However I played it again after watching "The Batman" and I am really enjoying it. I love the different take on Batman we get as it's only his second year and he's still new. And the game makes you feel more like a detective than you do in other Arkham games.

Has anyone else found their opinion on origins has completely flipped?

Recently, I bought the Arkham Origins season pass on PSN. When I select 'Download', it begins downloading, then it freezes after a split second (see below). Are there any solutions to this? Please let me know.

    Red Hood Game

    Posted: 17 Mar 2022 10:59 AM PDT

They did not make a like 20 minute red hood DLC in Arkham Knight and expect us to not want more. So much can be done with the character he deserves his own game, he's a vigilante like batman but he actually kills and a game with him could have him questioning his ideology. Maybe even Azrael pops in every once in awhile. I cant be the only one who wants this. it's such an awesome way to tell the story of the post batman world. We see red hood become known notoriously as he takes out giant crime organizations but also has the police on his tail (possibly even something similar to origins where we have stealth sections where we fight cops). I understand he's supposed to be in Gotham Knights but his own stand alone game is what I want plus I feel like he's gonna be toned down to the T rating and won't be able to be as ruthless as he was in Knight.
