    Environmental analysis bug in city? Lol

    I was doing the side missions and stuff for Arkham city and my game bugged out so I quit out to menu and when I did it forced me to restart the main game again and reset all progress/ side missions. But it kept all my gadgets/ upgrades except for disruptor. So I beat the game again but I realized riddler never showed up as it saved my riddler trophy progress aswell. In which I had stopped him before my game reset but I couldn't just go capture him again so I went to the church and his scene played but I can't do the environment analysis. It shows it's not unlocked in the pause menu so.. I'm stuck ig. Was wondering if anyone was familiar with this as I can't find anything online. My new game plus progress never messed up and I can scan and all on it.
