| Arkham asylums combat honestly haven't aged well Posted: 21 Dec 2021 08:43 PM PST I completed the entire series on console awhile ago and i recently brought the entire series again on pc, and was surprised at how the combat is not as fun as i remembered. No double counters, slower, the flow is nowhere near as smooth as the others, countering feels off, but i understand it's because it's combat was the first of it's kind and is basically the pioneer of it's style and one of the most influential combat mechanics in gaming. Im now on arkham city, and man. The combat feels so much smoother and is a improvement in every way. Props to rocksteady for improving on each title so much to point where you can see, and feel it's evolution. [link] [comments] | ||
