    So I'm making my way through the DLC, and honestly I've been feeling a little ripped off, the Arkham episodes take me 20 minutes max to complete and only give you a couple challenge maps. Except for Catwoman's Revenge, in which I've spent 2 god damn days trying to get past the fight with the electrified floor. I've tried just racking up a high combo to take them all out in one hit but she still goes twirling through the air onto the electrified panels, or directly into the lasers coming down, or the bots will just stand around so when they would normally move in to attack and I hit counter I lose my streak. Any advice before I sell my PS4, shave my head, and go live in the woods?

    I'm sad that he's not here anymore but I quite enjoyed playing as Robin and nightwing, even though they're good characters nothing can reach the level of batman's character, the seriousness in his face and how he knows how serious his job is he really incomparable to any superhero

    So, i have never played an arkham game until this point so i did not have any expectations at all going in other than hearing a while back the arkham series were some pretty cool batman games. I got the game free on ps plus a while back and only got to the point where you first get the batmobile and stopped cuz i hated it. After watching titans and reading some batman comics i read you can play as nightwing in the game so decided to crank it back up and master this batmobile so i can enjoy the game. Fast forward some and i learn the batmobile is much easier if you toggle the controls which i did and although i was still clumsy i did a lot better and even enjoyed the batmobile combat. Playing through the game was an adventure in itself and a pretty daunting one. Man, i love this style of gotham. It was not until the final few missions though where this game would seriously blow my mind. Holy shit is all i can say. This is one of my favorite games of all time now. I've restarted the game on a harder difficulty and plan on doing everything so i can get the true ending. I also binged arkham asylum right after so over half way done with that one lol i have return to arkham city as well and plan on getting origins too. I don't see any surpassing arkham knight for me as i see this game as a masterpiece now despite its annoyances and frustrations that crop up from time to time. There is a lot of spoilers i could mention but i won't but man the writing was fantastic and the gameplay is even better even if i suck at it so far. I am so glad i gave this game another chance.

    What was Johnny Charisma actually singing?

    I've always wondered this, although I don't think there's any way to know for real. Charisma almost definitely wasn't singing the same song Batman heard in Panessa Studios - it names specific things like Todd that Charisma wouldn't know - but Robin comments on the singing, so he sang... SOMETHING. Does anyone have headcanon for this?

    An interesting line from Harley Quinn from the Batgirl “A Matter of Family” DLC

    During the Ferris wheel predator encounter, Harley can be heard talking over the intercom. At one point she warns the goons, "Be careful, boys! Mister J says she was trained by two of the toughest crimefighters in Gotham!"

    Now, we know that Joker has no respect for Robin whatsoever, so if you ask me, the other crimefighter besides Batman can only be Jim Gordon. This pretty obviously means that Joker knows who Batgirl is, hence why he shot her. And it also contradicts what he says in the main game, where he tells Batman he had no idea Barbara "worked for" him when he shot her. Maybe he means Dick Grayson, but I like my theory better.

    Just an interesting little line I've never caught before.

    EDIT: Confirmed. One of the goons remarks that Joker said she was trained by a cop. But then, Dick was a cop too. Ah, Christ.

    It's been 10+ years since Batman: Arkham Asylum and I keep looking at games like Mass Effect and even Marvel's Spider-Man getting remasters and I think why isn't Batman: Arkham Asylum or City get a remake! It would be so good to see improved graphics, 60FPS, 4K and ray tracing added and would be a good way to lead up to Gotham Knights! What does everyone else think?

    So I bought Batman Arkham series when it was on sale for 15 dollars and I am about start playing in a couple of days starting with Batman: Arkham Asylum. Do you guys have any advice or tips for a newbie player? Please share if you can. Sorry if this post is not allowed.
