    Arkham City Minor Plothole? (SPOILERS)

    Forgive me if this question has been asked and answered a million times, but regarding the opening "Fake Joker Gag", I think I noticed something today. When Batman enters the Joker's office, and Harley is crying over a deceased Joker, Batman's scanner shows a 0BPM heart rate. He is then jumped by a second Joker. My original question was how did the Joker manage to stop his own heart while Clayface jumped Batman, but the simple answer is Clayface, being made of clay, was the 0BPM Joker in the chair.

    However, the Joker in the chair was apparently very ill, while the Joker who jumped Batman in the cutscene was seemingly in perfect health. This implies that the real Joker managed to somehow maintain a 0BPM heart rate, while Clayface was the imposter Joker that injected Batman with the tainted blood, and I'm wondering how that's even possible? Would the Joker not have died right then and there from his heart stopping?
