It isn't much, but I felt the need to pay my respects with the Sinestro Corps skin to honor Kobe Bryant because of the yellow. Rest in peace, Kobe. You will never be forgotten.

Personally I still think the jokers fun house part of city is an great combat section, however it can get really cluttered easily leading to you getting your ass kicked.

City had a lot of large groups of enemies just running at you but I feel the other games are more contained and on a smaller scale

Asylum - Entire last Scarecrow nightmare sequence. Great fourth wall break and a nightmarish sequence

City - The part where Joker is dying, and Batman tells him he would have saved his life. It was so well executed

Origins - Too many to count, but Alfred arguing with Batman in the Batcave. Brillant writing imo

Knight - Same as Origins, there's way too many good moments. The one scene where Gordon argues with Batman because of Barbara being taken was likewise brilliant imo
